Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an Agile or Senior Agile Coach to join our Digital Transformation group. Our global agenda is to make sure all New Zealanders come home healthy and safe,and this role will give the right person the opportunity to put in the mahi and create an agile piece of work never seen before to help achieve this.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners to help develop and leverage a growth mindset

Leading and supporting the establishment of working practices that help create a psychologically safe culture
-
Delivering and supporting the planning process and solution delivery for the programme
-
Supporting teams on their journey to effective agile execution
To be successful in the role you will:
