Ko te tīma - About your team
You will be a key member of the Atlas Team, which sits under Digital & Information Services. Atlas is an internal digital product at WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru which helps our kaimahi and the general public connect to ensure New Zealander's get home safe from work every day. We are an Agile product team that consists of designers, developers, change & communications managers, release managers, testers, technical leads, and a dedicated product owner. We care passionately about the work we do, and pride ourselves on delivering value back to the organisation and solving user-centric problems. We celebrate our successes and strive to always be learning, and to have fun while doing so.
Ō te tūranga - About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Developers to join our team leading the roll-out of our Dynamics 365 product, Atlas on fixed term contracts to 27 June 2025. While both Developers will work together to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft-based software and applications, we're looking for one developer role to focus on .Net and the other Power Platforms specifically.
Atlas is a customer-relationship management tool and consists of a public self-service portal and internal staff-only tool. While this role will initially be focused on Atlas, there is scope to provide support to our other Dynamics 365 tools.
Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
- Design, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 software and applications
- Build new features and continuously improve Dynamics 365 environments
- Develop Power Platforms, working for front end and back-end functionalities of Atlas
- Build new features for different regimes through creating plugins, APIs, power automate flows, typescript/JS for forms
Ko ngā pukenga ōu - What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a developer role, preferably Power Platforms or .Net role
- Strong experience in front-end and back-end development skills in Dynamics 365
- Experience in implementing solutions on the Power Platforms of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions according to timelines and customer needs

Awhe utu - Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $99,959 to $131,904. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
