We are looking for TWO dedicated Senior HR Advisors to join our team and support our leaders and organisation to flourish.

Ko te tīma - About your team
Reporting to the Manager HR Operations, you will be part of the People and Capability team working alongside dedicated HR professionals providing HR services across the organisation to support the optimisation of the performance, people capability and culture of each group.
Ō te tūranga - About the role
WorkSafe is undergoing significant change, and you will play a crucial role in enabling the implementation of changes to ways of working and leadership development.
You will build and maintain effective working relationships and partner with leaders in your portfolio, providing coaching, support and guidance across the full spectrum of people and capability functions and supporting the group to achieve their objectives through the provision of the end-to-end people related services. This includes bringing your experience in supporting the implementation of organisational development initiatives and programmes, health safety and wellbeing practices, recruitment and workforce planning and overseeing employment relations activity. You will be an expert coach and have a strong track record in applying a performance and delivery focus approach to your work.
Additionally, you will work closely with our Leads and Business Partners in the broader P&C team to build and deliver people-centred solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships and partner with leaders to become their trusted advisor
- Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations matters
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Providing proactive people related solutions to operational issues before they emerge
- Handle union related matters and relationships
Ko ngā pukenga ōu - What You'll Bring
- Extensive proven experience across the full spectrum of HR and employee relations, including complex cases and negotiations
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at influencing without authority, and proficient in coaching senior leaders effectively
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Experience partnering with unions and managing union-related matters
- Strong portfolio management skills
- Demonstrate commitment to te ao Māori.

Awhe utu - Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $109,654 to $144,831. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
