Ko te tīma - About your team
The Strategy Implementation group provides the systems and processes needed to implement, embed, and monitor WorkSafe's strategy and functional model.
It will also be looking to the future and positioning WorkSafe to build on the successes of the past, by navigating how we mature as an effective and trusted regulator under our strategy and functional model.
Ō te tūranga - About the role
Great opportunity to join the Strategy Implementation team to provide guidance, direction, and delivery support to the strategic work programme. This mahi stretches right across Mahi Haumara and is important to ensuring achievement of initiatives that bring our strategy to life and enable our new operating model.
Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
You will prepare documentation to Board/Minister level which will include business cases, reports and briefings. We will need you to provide high level strategic advice and leadership to internal stakeholders including ELT to drive the completion of the programme of strategic initiatives. Being an exceptional influencer will be key to success in this role.

- Have worked in large scale change programmes ideally within government
- Great stakeholder engagement with both internal and external parties.
- Knowledge and experience in strategic and operational planning.

Awhe utu - Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $127,488 to $168,609. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
