About your team - Ko te tīma
Our Digital and Information Services team guide WorkSafe to make sound technology decisions, investing where appropriate, and leveraging common easy to use systems that are well connected, secure, managed, and standardised.
About the role - Ō te tūranga
The Operations Support Analyst contributes to the delivery of the support and systems development for internal WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru technology solutions.
It is a technical support position providing in-office/face to face support to our kaimahi (employees). The Operations Support Analyst undertakes minor technical configuration and system changes across our environment, participates in testing and provides advice to WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru kaimahi and Service Desk staff to assist with incident resolution.
What You'll Do - Ko tōu ake mahi
You will bring business understanding and perspective to work in partnership with other Digital kaimahi (employees) to enhance and maintain current ICT capability, including providing reporting to assist with support processes. Support includes 1st and 2nd Level incident analysis and resolution, monitoring of critical services and processing, and systems maintenance.
What You'll Bring - Ko ngā pukenga ōu
5 years' experience in a similar support role.
Ability to understand the needs of the end users and translate this into systems updates and improvements
A strong ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of an organisation.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good understanding of project management in an ICT environment e.g., SDLC processes.

Salary range - Awhe utu
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $99,959 to $131,904. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
