About your team / Ko te tīma
Reporting to the Manager HR Operations and part of the People and Capability team, you will work alongside a team of dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about creating a great experience for our people. The team is collaborative, supportive, and brings energy and expertise to everything they do – with a strong focus on continuous improvement and making a positive impact across the organisation.
About the role / Ō te tūranga
You will be a confident and proactive Recruitment Advisor who will lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the organisation. You'll be working closely with hiring managers, using your relationship-building skills and sound judgement to find the right people for the right roles.
What You'll Do/ Ko tōu ake mahi
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape the right recruitment approach
- Craft engaging job adverts to attract top talent
- Develop thoughtful interview questions that help uncover the best fit
- Provide a standout candidate experience from start to finish
- Screen, shortlist, and support interview processes with care and efficiency
- Prepare and negotiate job offers to secure great hires
What You'll Bring / Ko ngā pukenga ōu
- Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A passion for delivering great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Springboard experience (preferable)

Salary range / Awhe utu
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $81,587 to $106,892, and our expected starting base salary for the right person is from $81,586 to $90,021. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional too/on top of your base salary.
