About your team / Ko te tīma

Enterprise Planning and Implementation is a new group established at WorkSafe to strengthen planning, coordination, and implementation across the organisation, particularly to improve how work is prioritised, sequenced, and supported through to delivery.

The Process and Tools Lead sits within the Stakeholder Management team and plays a key role in building consistent, effective stakeholder engagement practice across WorkSafe. Working closely with Relationship Leads, engagement specialists, and delivery teams, you'll help create the systems and approaches that enable coordinated engagement with stakeholders across our organisation.

About the role / Ō te tūranga

This is a newly established role created as part of WorkSafe's new organisational structure. You'll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of stakeholder engagement processes, frameworks, tools, and standards that support a more coordinated and consistent approach to stakeholder partnering across WorkSafe.

You'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring our engagement approaches are easy to use, well understood, and embedded into day-to-day practice.

What You'll Do/ Ko tōu ake mahi

• Design and maintain stakeholder engagement frameworks and processes
• Develop tools and templates that support planning and coordination
• Embed consistent engagement practices across teams
• Provide guidance and support to Relationship Leads and stakeholders
• Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Strengthen visibility and alignment of engagement activity organisation-wide

Salary range / Awhe utu

The expected appointment base salary is $95,949 - $105,807 (KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contributions are additional). From 1 April 2026 our KiwiSaver employer contribution increased to 3.5%.
