Enterprise Planning and Implementation is a new group established at WorkSafe to strengthen planning, coordination, and implementation across the organisation, particularly to improve how work is prioritised, sequenced, and supported through to delivery.

The Stakeholder Management team sits within Enterprise Planning and Implementation, a new group established to strengthen planning, coordination and implementation across WorkSafe. The team supports a more joined-up approach to stakeholder engagement, helping Relationship Leads and delivery teams plan, coordinate and follow through on engagement activity in line with organisational priorities.

About the role / Ō te tūranga

As Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will provide coordination and administrative support that keeps engagement activity organised, visible and aligned. You will coordinate scheduling, correspondence, materials and follow-up, maintain accurate engagement records, and help ensure teams have the information they need to engage efficiently and consistently.

You will work collaborative with others in the team to support consistent and well-organised engagement activity.

  • Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, materials and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate engagement records and information
  • Share information to support visibility and alignment across teams
  • Support Relationship Leads and delivery teams with engagement activity
  • Help avoid duplication, conflicts and gaps in engagement planning
  • Work collaborative with others in the team

What You'll Bring / Ko ngā pukenga ōu

  • Experience coordinating administrative and logistical activity
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, timely communication with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Confidence using digital tools to manage records and information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Public sector, regulatory or stakeholder engagement experience is desirable

Salary range / Awhe utu

The expected appointment base salary is $74,174 - $81,612 (KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contributions are additional). From 1 April 2026 our KiwiSaver employer contribution increased to 3.5%.
